- Within the first 6–12 months: Gain a solid understanding of internal processes, products, and services while strengthening communication, problem-solving, and client support skills to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
- After 1 year: Opportunities for advanced training and potential promotion to Account Executive or Account Manager, based on proactiveness, client management capability, and overall job performance.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Cross-departmental project coordination:
- Update and manage all project data within the project management system.
- Coordinate implementation plans, monitor project progress, address arising issues, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Track and report system issues, transferring relevant information to the technical team for resolution.
- Client support: Assist the Account Manager in updating client information, monitoring contracts, and preparing relevant documentation as required.
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong adaptability with a proactive learning mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated motivation for personal growth within a dynamic agency environment.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to take on challenges.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively through verbal communication and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
🎁 Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 8M – 10M VND/month (negotiable based on experience and skillset)
- Performance bonus based on KPIs
- Lunch allowance: 40K VND/day
- 13th-month bonus in accordance with company performance and tenure.
- Salary review every 6 months, based on performance and contribution.
